If your print isn’t for you, send it back and get your money back. Art is personal, and you should live with something you love. No awkward questions.
How to return a print
- Email [email protected] within 14 days of your print arriving. Tell us your order number and that you’d like to return it. You don’t need to give a reason.
- Post the print back to us within 14 days of that email, rolled in its tube with the signed certificate of authenticity.
- We refund you in full within 14 days of the print reaching us, to the card or account you paid with.
The print needs to come back in the condition it arrived: unframed, unmounted and undamaged. If it comes back damaged, we may take the cost of that damage off your refund.
Return postage
If your print arrived undamaged and you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, the return postage is yours to pay. We’d recommend a tracked and insured service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, because the print is your responsibility until it gets back to us.

Your legal right to cancel
UK law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) gives you the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Our money-back guarantee is built on that right, so returning a print through the steps above covers both.

What happens to a returned print
If it comes back undamaged, it goes back into the shop under its original edition number. If it comes back damaged, it’s destroyed along with its certificate. Where we’ve sent you a replacement, the replacement carries that edition number with a new certificate; where we’ve refunded you, the number is retired. Either way, the edition never grows beyond its stated size.
