1. Damaged Goods
a. All items are thoroughly inspected before delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage.
b. We will either replace the item or offer a refund, as determined by our discretion.

2. Returns & Refunds
a. Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in their original condition.
b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
c. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is a result of our error.

3. Payments
a. We accept Stripe, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal.
b. All transactions are secure and encrypted for your protection.
c. Payment must be completed before dispatch of goods. In case of payment failure, your order will be suspended until resolved.

4. Delivery
a. Items are shipped within 2-3 business days of payment clearance.
b. We offer Sandard and expedited shipping options. Rates and delivery times vary based on location and chosen method.
c. Any customs duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
