We want you to love every piece you order from Print of the Day. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work and what you can expect.

Return Conditions

Time frame:
You must start a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition:
Items must be in the same condition you received them—unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase:
Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with the return.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us:
   Email [email protected] to initiate your return. We’ll send you the instructions you need.
2. Repackage carefully:
   Use the original packaging to keep the artwork safe during transit.
3. Send it back:
   You’re responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked service or adding insurance, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive the returned item otherwise.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm.
• If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund and issue it to your original payment method.
• Refund times vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you expected, please contact us straight away. We’ll arrange a return and issue a full refund or replacement.
